Seapurse
In beta

Every purchase on the boat, accounted for.

The shopping list and expense log for yacht crew. Departmental lists, receipts scanned on the phone, and a running total the captain can actually hand over at the end of the season.

The way it works today

A group chat, a shoebox, and a spreadsheet the night before the owner arrives.

The chef needs olive oil, the engineer needs a filter, the deckhand pays cash for both. By the time anyone reconciles it, the receipts have faded and nobody remembers who bought what. Seapurse keeps the list and the ledger in the same place, from the moment the item is needed to the moment it is paid for.

One list, by department

Galley, deck, engine, interior. Everyone adds what they need, the captain sees the whole boat. Items get ticked off as they are bought, not chased down later.

Receipts read on the phone

Photograph the receipt. The total, date and currency are read off it on the phone itself, and the text is never shipped to an outside AI service.

A total you can hand over

Every expense carries who paid, which department, and the receipt behind it. Export the month as a PDF or CSV and give the owner something that adds up.

Closed beta. Room for a few more boats.

Seapurse is not on the App Store yet. It is running on a working yacht in the Med while we finish the release. If you run a boat and want in before the listing goes up, write and tell us which one.
